Feedback on initial concepts has been taken on board and I believe we have a solution now which matches the requirement as you see it, and also allows us to create something very exciting, and to a very high quality.
Iconic cricketing moments - DIGITIZED
We choose 3 iconic cricketing moments and bring them into 2017 with motion graphics pieces where we digitise the action, per the references below.
The Cadburys piece for London 2012 acted as the main inspiration for this - it can hero the action itself, it can lend itself to the use of audio and commentary, and the design style we are thinking of will make those iconic cricketing moments relevant to a discussion of a new digital platform.

The style of the piece should bring to mind code, algorithms, numbers, maths - which are all an intrinsic part of the digital world, but can also be relevant to the physics or dynamics of cricket.
Adidas previously did a piece whereby the stylised Lionel Messi's goals. It's a nice piece of work and a smart way of presenting his action, however we want this piece for the ICC to be visually geared towards the website/digital launch, hence the Cadburys and algorithm design style.
It is a project we could get moving on right away. Would need to get into planning right away to allow enough time for animation (particularily facing into Christmas period).
1. Select and secure footage of 3 iconic moments
2. Plan copy/credits/audio
3. Start work on design style early w/c Dec 5th
4. Brief Animator w/c Dec 12th
